A 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, New York Public Radio is governed by an independent Board of Trustees that meets regularly throughout the year. There are currently 36 NYPR Trustees, headed by Chair, Cynthia King Vance. Board of Trustees meetings are open to the public.
