The pizza slice. It's baked into city lore. But pizza in New York is as diverse and multifaceted as the city itself. And nothing gets New Yorkers more heated than debating their favorite pizza spots. Robert Sietsema is the senior critic at Eater New York and before that, a long time restaurant critic at the Village Voice.
