In 2006, independent journalist Garry Leech was held captive by Colombia’s largest left-wing paramilitary group, FARC, for 11 hours. Leech has spent 8 years reporting on the U.S. backed drug war in Colombia. The result is his documentary memoir Beyond Bogotá.
