Obama Considers Bank Tax
Taxpayers spent $700 billion on the Wall Street bailout last year. Now financial insitutions are reporting record profits and the White House is looking for ways to get some of the money back -- by imposing a tax on large banks. Officials say that President Obama will try to recoup $120 billion this way.
