Patricia M. Salmon

Patricia M. Salmon is the former curator of the Staten Island Museum.

A Staten Island resident for over fifty years, Ms. Salmon was a naturalist/historian for the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation in that borough for eight years. She has authored the books The Staten Island Ferry: A History, Realms of History: The Cemeteries of Staten Island, Murder and Mayhem on Staten Island and Staten Island Slayings: Murderers and Mysteries of the Forgotten Borough. She is an adjunct professor for the External Programs Department and History Department of Wagner College.
