A New Spicy Village Moves into the Neighborhood

WNYC News | Jan 15, 2022

For years, Spicy Village in Manhattan's Chinatown has won rave reviews from customers - for the food and for the low prices. And now, just three blocks away, it has a sequel of sorts, called New Spicy Village. But it's unclear what the connection is between the locations. Scott Lynch writes about food for Gothamist. Speaking with WNYC's David Furst he says, "Chinatown certainly has room for two Spicy Villages."

New Spicy Village is located at 118 Eldridge Street, at the corner of Broome Street, and is currently open from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.
