Ethnomusicologist Marion Jacobson joins us to talk about her new book, called “Squeeze This! A Cultural History of the Accordion in America,” which covers the instrument’s dramatic highs and lows throughout the 20th century. Plus, One Ring Zero co-founder Joshua Camp stops by to talk about his own experience as a frontman with an accordion.
