Still too early to tell.

For people who don't consume any type of caffeine, it would be more accurate to include "none' under the How Much Coffee did you drink today"

Changes in sleep because of illness are variables that need to be factored in.

It's all about when I go to bed, and has little to do with exercise, naps or caffeine.

:

Yes, I've tried to be more mindful about getting to sleep at a consistent time. Having the phone alert (from the app) has actually been very helpful in reminding me to go to bed.

It confirmed that Sunday night (on the verge of a new work week) is when I am likely to have the most sleep disruption - planning for the week to come. It also confirmed that my sleep patterns and efficiency are generally pretty sound.

:

I'm looking for strategies to improve Sunday night sleeping patterns.

Being more aware of how little sleep I was getting has got me thinking about the impact it is having on my daily life. From weight gain to lack of energy and motivation, this is not a healthy way to live.

:

I'm getting even less than I thought. TV is a big factor, trying to catch up late-night on shows I've missed while putting kids to bed.

:

Trying to get my behind to bed earlier! Not that it's the best way, but I have also let myself just fall asleep on the couch a few times the past week and I end up getting more sleep than if I made myself stay awake to watch whatever show I decided I had to see.

I'm more conscious of not trying to go to bed too early, because when I'm tired but not really ready for sleep, then I become frustrated if I lie there trying to sleep but not fully relaxed enough to sleep.

:

I alternate between nights of sleeplessness and nights of long, good rest.

:

I'm more aware of how relaxed I truly am before turning out the lights, instead of trying to get to sleep at a particular time.

Not yet. I have just changed jobs, so it might take a couple more weeks to determine if I am in a "normal" pattern.

I knew that I was getting good sleep anyways. I didn't have trouble falling asleep, nor do I have problems staying asleep.

:

I'm paying more attention to how much sleep I'm getting. I also make sure I don't sleep too late.
