Monica Bill Barnes & Company Perform Happy Hour

OFFICIAL RULES

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase or donation necessary.  Entries may be made by  going to https://pledge3.wnyc.org/donate/barnes-contest/onestep/ from Friday, September 13th, 2015 through Friday, September 20th, 2015 at 12 pm. WNYC, WQXR, and New Jersey Public Radio Monthly Sustainers are automatically entered into the giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY:  Anyone 18 years of age or older can enter the Happy Hour Contest except employees of New York Public Radio and its related organizations, their immediate family or persons living in the same household.  Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZE: One pair of tickets to 5 winners (total of 10 tickets) for Happy Hour on the performance of winner's choosing. Performances of Happy Hour occur every Wednesday through December 16th, 2015 from 6:30 - 7:30 PM at The Gibney Dance Center, Studio G. 53A Chambers Street, New York, NY 10007. 

Ticket value: $25 each

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:  5 winners and three back-up names will be selected by random drawing no later than September 20th, 2015. Winners will be notified by email or telephone.  If the winner can’t be reached or is unable to collect their prize, the unawarded prize will go to the first back-up and subsequent back-ups thereof until prize is awarded. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries. A list with the winner’s name will be kept on file at New York Public Radio and is available by writing WNYC Listener Services, 160 Varick Street, New York, NY 10013.

GENERAL:  By participating in the Happy Hour  Contest, participants agree to these Official Rules, and that New York Public Radio, its agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the give-away. Prize is nontransferable; it cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. New York Public Radio may use winner’s name for publicity purposes without further compensation.  
 

RESTRICTIONS:  Restrictions may apply. By participating in the Happy Hour Contest, a participant agrees to be bound by all decisions of the contest judges. One entry per person.  Anyone who enters multiple times will be disqualified.
