Ian Bogost, author, game designer and Professor of Interactive Computing at Georgia Tech, discusses the connectivity of nearly everything, from cars and buildings to home appliances, to the internet. Bogost has written about this phenomenon known as “the Internet of Things” extensively in The Atlantic, and questions whether everything needs to be remade for connectivity’s sake.
