'The Woo-Woo,' Michael & The Rockness Monsters, Laura Benanti in 'My Fair Lady'

All Of It with Alison Stewart | Nov 15, 2018

Lindsay Wong joins us to discuss her new book, The Woo-Woo: How I Survived Ice Hockey, Drug Raids, Demons, and My Crazy Chinese Family. This dark and comedic memoir is a coming-of-age story about a dysfunctional Asian family whose members blamed their woes on ghosts and demons when mental illness was the more likely culprit.

Michael Napolitano joins us (at 15:58) to discuss Rockness Music, a children's music school he started a decade ago. To celebrate the school's ten-year anniversary, his band, Michael and The Rockness Monsters, have released a new album called "Monster’s Ball."

Laura Benanti joins us (at 29:30) to discuss joining the cast of “My Fair Lady,” now playing at Lincoln Center Theater.
