The Weather Station is the work of Canadian singer and songwriter Tamara Lindeman. Over the past 15 years, she has repeatedly proven herself to be a perceptive storyteller, and her early folk sound has expanded to something that is now closer to a kind of chamber rock. Her brilliant new album, Ignorance, is about climate change – or rather, about people going about their lives while the world changes around them. Tamara Lindeman and her band play her new album, Ignorance, in its entirety on Thursday, March 11.
