A Trio of Tenant Protection Bills

The City Council is expected to pass three bills Thursday that will strengthen tenant protections, especially related to when landlords offer buyouts. City Council member for District 4 in Manhattan Daniel Garodnick, who sponsored one of the bills, and City Council Member for District 45 in Brooklyn Jumaane Williams discuss the legislation.
