In the new play from Liliana Padilla, a group of college students gather together for a self-defense class, prompted by a desire to protect themselves from violence and sexual assault. Padilla and co-directors Steph Paul and Tony Award winner Rachel Chavkin join us to discuss, "How to Defend Yourself," which is running at the New York Theatre Workshop through April 2.
