The Soul Rebels at Baby's All Right, June 8
Tickets: $20-25. Show at 8 pm. 

The Soul Rebels combine two of New Orleans great musical traditions: brass bands and hip hop. Their songs celebrate their hometown – they rap and sing about the food, the football team, more food, Cajun culture, Cajun food. But they also save some of that swagger for themselves. The Soul Rebels play tomorrow night, Friday, June 7 at the Blue Note; and Saturday night, June 8 at Baby's All Right.
