Sir Ben Kingsley and Patricia Clarkson Strike Up An Unlikely Friendship

In the new film, "Learning to Drive," a type of camaraderie begins to take shape as a mismatched pair hits the road. The film features Sir Ben Kingsley and Patricia Clarkson who develop a friendship in a car. Literary critic Wendy Shields (Clarkson) is left by her husband, which forces her out of her comfort zone and into the hands of capable Indian-American driving instructor Darwan (Kingsley). The film hits theaters in Los Angeles and New York on August 21st. 

 

 EVENT: On August 18 the co-stars will participate in 92Y's Reel Pieces series with a preview screening of their new film, followed by a discussion.
