Manhattan has not joined the e-scooter revolution, but major cities in New Jersey are experimenting with months long pilot programs with e-scooter sharing companies like Lime. With one program ending in Hoboken, and another starting in Elizabeth, we ask residents: what do you think? Plus Nick Sifuentes, executive director of the Tri-State Transportation Campaign, joins to explain how "micromobility" can transform a city landscape.
