The Brazilian guitarist and composer Romero Lubambo is a ridiculously talented soloist, but he also plays well with others.  Which is good, because this week he’s playing with 12 other musicians, the members of the Rafael Piccolotto de Lima Chamber Project. This mini orchestra combines jazzy wind instruments, a classical string ensemble, and a Brazilian rhythm section, and together they play everything from hits by Brazil’s Antonio Carlos Jobim to Romero Lubambo’s own works. Romero Lubambo plays with the Rafael Piccolotto de Lima Chamber Project Thurs., Jan. 17 - Sun., Jan. 20 at Dizzy's Club Coca Cola.
