Queens Man Continues Search for His Autistic Twin Brother

WNYC News | Oct 7, 2018

A Queens man who is autistic has been missing since Oct. 2nd.

David Gonzalez said his twin brother, Peter, is emotionally disturbed and has been spotted in Forest Park and near Junction Boulevard.

He said Peter is 32-years-old, 5'6" and 160 pounds. He wears black glasses and may have grown a beard since he went missing. He's believed to be wearing either a white or blue t-shirt with jeans and grey sneaker.

Gonzalez also said Peter is nonverbal and scares easily, so people should not chase him.

Gonzalez attended a Jackson Heights memorial service on Saturday night for Ms Colombia, a beloved member of the LGBTQ community who was found dead last week. He said Ms Colombia had befriended Peter and it had changed his brother's life.

"To somebody who is autistic that makes all the difference," Gonzalez said.

Anyone with information about Peter's whereabouts should call David Gonzalez at 347-891-7628.
