Protesters Occupy A Park To Call For NYPD Defunding

As tense budget negotiations continue, Mayor Bill de Blasio has proposed cutting the NYPD's budget by a billion dollars. But WNYC's Gwynne Hogan reports that activists who are frustrated by the proposal have been camped outside City Hall.
