U.S Army Veteran who served in Afghanistan and the founding member of the NYC Veterans Alliance, Kristen Rouse, talks about the President's surprise tweet that transgender individuals will not be allowed to serve in the military, citing the disruption and "tremendous medical costs" as reasons for the announcement.
