Chairman of the Intelligence Committee, Representative Devin Nunes, announced he would step away from leading investigation into Russia's efforts to meddle in the 2016 presidential election amid speculation. This comes after news the Steve Bannon, chief strategist, was removed from the National Security Council's principals committee.
