Steve James, director and producer of documentaries, including “The Interrupters” (2011), “Hoop Dreams” (1994) and “Abacus: Small Enough to Jail” (2016), is joined by Jill Sung, president and CEO of Abacus Federal Savings Bank, and her sister, Chanterelle Sung, former NYC assistant district attorney, to talk about the Oscar-nominated documentary, "Abacus: Small Enough to Jail" about the Chinatown bank that was the only U.S. bank to be criminally prosecuted in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis.
