President-elect Trump says he wants to carry out the largest mass deportation program in the nation’s history.  

Manuel Castro is the Commissioner of the New York City Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs. He joined WNYC's Michael Hill to talk about what that might actually mean for New York, as the nation prepares for Trump to return to the White House with his party in charge of both chambers of Congress.
