As New York City Prepares to Open, No Plan for Managing More Cars

As the city prepares for the first phase of reopening next week, exactly how people will get around remains an open question. The CDC recommends avoiding mass transit, if possible. The MTA is asking commuters to stagger their work hours and think twice before returning to subways and buses, all of which is an invitation for gridlock on the city streets.
