A New Exhibition Explores NYC's Foodways

All Of It with Alison Stewart | Sep 27, 2022

The food eaten in New York City reflects culinary traditions and cultural practices from around the world. A new exhibition at The Museum of the City of New York examines the city's bustling restaurant scene, diverse street food and current activist efforts to source food locally. Museum of the City of New York associate curator Dr. Monxo Lopez and New York University food studies professor Dr. Fabio Parasecoli join us to talk about the show, Food in New York: Bigger Than the Plate, which is now open until September 30, 2023.
