MTA Chair Janno Lieber on congestion pricing getting its final approval

The MTA board has given its final approval of congestion pricing, paving the way for the agency to charge drivers a $15 daytime toll to enter Manhattan south of 60th Street.

The vote finalized a years-long saga to launch the tolls. MTA Chair Janno Lieber joined WNYC's Morning Edition host Michael Hill to talk about what it means for public transit and the city.
