Host, Joe Adamov, answers letters from Americans that are critical of the USSR:

Do you plan to bring your Soviet volunteer soldiers into the war in Vietnam?

Are you at present or in the near future going to use anti-aircraft missiles against our bombers in North Vietnam?

Why are the communists always the first to stir up trouble? Why can't they leave their neighbors alone? Tell me a country we have gone into without the country's consent?

Did you ever shoot any astronauts up and never bring them back alive?

Has an independent candidate, not of the communist party, ever run for political office in one of your elections since WWII?

Does the government promote the ownership of guns or gun clubs? Do individuals own their own guns? Must guns be registered? Is ammunition easy to obtain? How much do various types of guns cost in American dollars? Are there any gunsmiths who engrave metal or carve stalks? Is ornamentation popular? Are any American guns available?

Are there any restrictions on the private ownership of handguns?

Is camping a widespread hobby in the Soviet Union?

Why does the Soviet Union not want to pay its dues in the United Nations?

[Most likely recorded in 1965]
