Mamdani will be sworn in as mayor at the abandoned city hall subway station

WNYC News | Dec 31, 2025

Zohran Mamdani will be sworn in as mayor inside an old abandoned subway station at City Hall at midnight on January 1st.

Manhattan Borough Historian Robert Snyder joins WNYC's Sean Carlson to talk more about it.
