Open Phones: Living in the Middle of NYC

The Brian Lehrer Show | Dec 18, 2013

New census figures show that New York City's median income is $51,865 and WNYC News is kicking off a series called "Life in the Middle" that will explore one census tract in each borough that falls in the middle. The neighborhoods include Central Harlem around 147th Street, part of Bed-Stuy in Brooklyn, Woodlawn-Wakefield in The Bronx, Corona in Queens and Grasmere-Wadsworth on Staten Island.

If you live in one of those neighborhoods or share that household income, share your story of life in the middle of NYC.  Call us at 212-433-9692, that's 212-433-WNYC.
