Pictures of food are ever present on social media, but many of these pictures leave a lot to be desired. With this in mind, we are tackling the subject of food photography. Michael Harlan Turkell is a former cook, a James Beard Award-nominated food photographer, and the host of “The Food Seen” on Heritage Radio Network. Evi Abeler is a fine art and food photographer whose work has appeared in Food & Wine Magazine, HarperCollins books, as well as Whole Foods.
