Locals says there are precisely 167 languages spoken in the Jackson Heights neighborhood of Queens. Legendary filmmaker Frederick Wiseman brings his cameras to this diverse neighborhood in a three-hour-plus documentary. Wiseman will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at the DOC NYC festival this month for his 48 years of filmmaking.
