Jerry Nadler Talks Investigations, Impeachment Rules

The Brian Lehrer Show | Sep 16, 2019

The House Judiciary Committee voted last week along party lines to approve a resolution that lays out some ground rules for moving forward on possible impeachment proceedings against President Trump. Rep. Jerrold Nadler, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, explained what the rules mean going forward.
