The Brooklyn Folk Festival is an annual celebration of traditional music from near and far, and this year, the festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary by including music from the traditions of Morocco, South America, and India. Plus, of course, tons of folk fiddling, blues picking, jam sessions, and the annual banjo throwing contest. The singer and guitarist, Jerron Blind Boy Paxton, is a regular at the Brooklyn Folk Festival. He'll be one of over 60 different artists taking part in the 10th annual Brooklyn Folk Festival at St. Ann’s, starting tonight and running through the whole weekend. Don't miss the banjo tossing event...
