Exploring The Inner-workings Of The 'KPOP' Industry

The Leonard Lopate Show | Oct 5, 2017

Teddy Bergman, director, and Jason Kim, playwright, join us to discuss their current production, "KPOP." The musical gives a behind-the-scenes look at how the KPOP industry works. The show is also interactive as audiences members can move through a two-story set that explains how K-pop artists and their albums are manufactured. "KPOP" is presented by Ars Nova in association with Ma-Yi Theater and Woodshed Collective.

"KPOP" runs at A.R.T./New York Theatres (502 W 53rd St., at 10th Ave.) through Oct. 21.
