If you feel like you’re surrounded by coughs, sniffles and sneezes these past few weeks, you're probably right! There's been a spike in flu, COVID and RSV cases across the country...and New York and New Jersey certainly aren't immune to the trends.

Dr. Céline Gounder is an epidemiologist, associate professor at NYU and Editor-at-Large for Public Health at KFF Health News. She talked with WNYC's Sean Carlson about this year's respiratory illness season and how to keep yourself and your family protected.
