New Yorker staff writer Ian Frazier reports on this and other stories in his latest book Hogs Wild: Selected Reporting Pieces. This collection of essays and reported pieces showcases Frazier’s ability to capture the American experience, from his story about a man whose home is hit by a meteorite, to his coverage of homelessness in New York City.

Events: Ian Frazier will be in conversation with Sarah Crichton, publisher of Sarah Crichton Books at Greenlight Bookstore (686 Fulton Street, Brooklyn) at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday June 15th.

On Thursday, June 16th, he'll be speaking and signing books at Watchung Booksellers (54 Fairfield Street) in Montclair, NJ at 7:00 p.m.
