Host Helga Davis is joined by actor Sarah Jones who brings life to the characters she plays and creates. And later, Helga sits down with composer Shara Nova to discuss the rebirth of herself as an artist and individual.

Sarah Jones is an actor and a playwright. She has won both the Tony Award and the Obie Award for her Off Broadway piece Bridge & Tunnel, produced by Meryl Streep.

Shara Nova is a composer and multi-instrumentalist as well as songwriter and lead singer of My Brightest Diamond.
