Gig Alert: Dizzy - Swim (Weekly Music Roundup)

The group Dizzy doesn’t come from one of the usual musical hotspots – you know, New York or Austin or London. They’re from Oshawa, Ontario, and the experience of growing up in suburbia colors their songwriting. Their lush atmospheric sound is both dreamy and somehow nostalgic, as in this song called “Swim.” Canadian band Dizzy plays at Public Arts on December 5, a week from today, but the song is part of our Weekly Music Roundup now.
