When COVID-19 forced schools to close, high school seniors tried to hold out hope — all their end-of-the-year milestones were on the line. For Radio Rookie Madison Hall, a Baltimore student headed to NYU, graduating during the pandemic brought uncertainty, cancelled plans and an important lesson about expectations.
