Environmentalists Question Murphy's Green Bonafides

Good government groups and progressive activists have been fighting New Jersey's plan to hand out $14 billion worth of tax breaks and the way the 218-page bill was rushed through the legislature. With the bill now on the governor's desk,  it's also facing backlash from environmentalists, who question whether the progressive governor is on their side.
