Reports Of Domestic Violence Aren't Going Up. That Doesn't Mean It's Not Happening.

Even though reports of domestic violence in New York City have fallen since the coronavirus outbreak began, experts say there are likely more victims suffering behind closed doors. One woman's situation became more precarious because of the stay-at-home order and she decided to leave.
