Disabled Veterans Music Workshop. Pianist Muriel Kerr introduces recordings made by paraplegic veterans at Halloran General Hospital on Staten Island. Kerr supervised the musical teaching program at the hospital, which was one of the largest veterans hospitals in the United States.
