Bennett Gershman, professor of law at the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, former prosecutor with Manhattan D.A.'s office, Special State prosecutor with the New York State Anti-Corruption office and author of the treatise "Prosecutorial Misconduct" and whether the charges should have been dropped by the District Attorney's office.
