'Decade of Fire' in the South Bronx

Filmmaker Vivian Vazquez Irizarry and producer Julia Steele Allen join us to discuss the documentary, “Decade of Fire,” about the South Bronx in the 1970s.

The film was shown at Full Frame, Chicago Latino Film Festival, Harlem Film Festival, Maryland Film Festival and DOC NYC, and will be shown at the ENE (East + Northeast) Film Festival in August.
