David Cay Johnston, editor and founder of DCReport.org and author of The Making of Donald Trump (Melville House, 2016), discusses his disclosure of President Donald Trump's 2005 federal income tax return and speculates the source of the anonymous package containing Trump's taxes.
"When Donald leaks something or plants something he doesn't complain about it but he went ballistic over this," said Johnston. "It suggests to me that he's not in control of this and we have a long history of this going back to 1988."
