Harvard University has changed its policy on faculty-student romantic relationships, banning outright any relationship that could create bias based on "unequal status." And many other universities are adopting similar policies. But does an institutional policy, put in place to protect students from sexual harassment and bias, overstep the boundaries of adult decision-making?
