Courtney Barnett at Brooklyn Steel

Gig Alerts | Oct 22, 2018

Courtney Barnett, Sleigh Bells, Tom Morello at Brooklyn Steel
Tickets: $45-100. Ages 16+. Show at 7 pm.

Australian singer and songwriter Courtney Barnett’s deadpan observations and stinging guitar have catapulted her to the upper echelons of the rock world in the past few years. Here in the States, her music has been released by Mom and Pop Records, a label that is celebrating its 10th anniversary by presenting a concert that features Courtney Barnett and some of the label’s other stars. This song, “Nameless, Faceless,” is a takedown of internet trolls and comes from her latest album, Tell Me How You Really Feel.

Courtney Barnett joins labelmates Tom Morello, Sleigh Bells, Neon Indian and more tonight at Brooklyn Steel.
