Consent in the Age of #MeToo

Midday on WNYC | Jan 18, 2018

Stand-up comedian Leah Bonnema, comedian, actor and writer Jena Friedman and comedian/writer Judy Gold discuss #MeToo, harassment and the larger question of consent in light of the recent babe.net story about Aziz Ansari. Much discussion has been given to whether or not what Ansari did was wrong, but Bonnema, Friedman and Gold look at larger ideas about consent, what is considered "normal" in the realms of dating and sex and how to speak frankly when you find yourself in an uncomfortable gray zone.
