‘Colored School No. 4’ in Chelsea moves closer to landmark status

For years a non-descript, 3-story building on West 17th Street in Chelsea has sat empty, but the structure is a repository of New York City’s history of segregation and it’s now edging closer to landmark status. WNYC’s Arun Venugopal has more on what was once known as "Colored School Number 4."
